    • All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

    • Only unused and sealed items are eligible for return.
    • Items must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
    • We reserve the right to deny a return if the item appears used or tampered with.

    Refund Process

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
    • If a refund is delayed, please first contact your bank or payment service provider.

    Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meat) cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns.
    • Opened personal care items (e.g., soaps, oils, creams) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
    • Gift cards and downloadable digital products are also not eligible for return.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
    • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
